While it's true that we've been occasionally outspoken about the gathering storm of totalitarian Islam, the craniocentric (and one must admit rather newsworthy) passions of the self-described nation of "not jackasses" has led us to rethink the general mildness of our own rhetoric. So recalling Judith's derring do with another would be conqueror, and invoking the oft misquoted maxim that one shouldn't knock one's head on something until one has tried it twice, we're inaugurating our own list of recommended blog-beheadings. Leading off we'd like to behead the Catholic and Anglican clergies - the former for perpetrating or remaining silent in the face of the evil they profess to condemn (be it the sexual abuse of children or the murder of Europe's Jews) and the latter for resurrecting the genocidal Christian theory of supersessionism. More decapitations in posts to come.
